FANTASTIC DECORATORS ESTATE SALE

This is a fantastic sale. This home is huge and wall to wall was done by a decorator. Everything from furniture,artwork, lamps, african masks and trinkets can be found within its walls. No matter how your home is decorated, you can find something here. Just a note about the Volkswagon. It is the only item that is not in the trust of the deceased. The attorney in charge of the estate needs to get permission from the court to sell it. He hopes to have that complete before the sale. If not, it will be sold at a later date.FYI. There are a few larger items that can be sold but the owner needs to use them for staging the house for sale so they can't be removed until either the home sells or 45 days after listing. They will be marked with an X on the back of the hang tag.
