Number of guests in home will be limited at start of sale. Number cards will be placed outside of the home prior to sale start. Numbers will be called in order promptly at 10AM.
Please bring movers for large furniture, assistance lifting not provided. Large furniture purchases can schedule a pick up on a later date.
All sale are final. Please fully inspect all items before purchase as refunds will not be given once payment is made.
Owner is not responsible for any accidents on property. Please be cautious and courteous of others while browsing.
Certain sales will have a ‘you break it, you buy it’ policy. Please read bulletin board for specific sale details.
