All major credit and debit cards are accepted on the auction website. At the close of the auction your card will be charged and you will be emailed pick up instructions that include the exact location / address and how to make an appointment online for pick-up. Pick up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do offer shipping on select small items - please see auction website for details on shipping.

PLEASE NOTE - As this is an auction. Everything is sold as is, where is, and all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review auction photos as they are the best description of the item. Should you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to answer any questions you may have. We, nor the homeowner, are responsible for any injuries or liabilities that may occur during pick up. You will be entering the property at your own risk.

Large Items~ Please bring help and/or supplies (carts, dollies, etc. are not provided) with you to load large items. We will not be available to assist moving of items in any way. So, please make sure to secure help for loading as we cannot be available to do so. Do also note that some scrap piles may need some brush cleared, etc. please review photos carefully. Thank you!
