If you want to be one of the first into the sale, please make sure you sign up at 5 p.m. the night before the sale. The sign up sheet will be at the house.

You must bring help to load large and/or heavy objects. If Douglas is working, he may be able to assist you FOR A FEE.

We have an excellent 3 day estate sale coming up in Lansing MI. We are still working on the setup, and finding amazing treasures, so please check back for updates. So far we have found a RARE 50s enamel top table WITH 2 LEAVES and 6 chairs, collection of beer signs and other memorabilia, Vinyl LPs including Motown and Rock (and a RARE Beatles "White" album), furniture, vintage Tech, kitchen, household, garage and more.
