Our Next Sale will only honor street numbers. Our Next Sale will not be responsible for passing out street numbers. The first person who arrives stays and passes out numbers. Again, Our Next Sale will not be passing out numbers.
We will limit the number of customers in at a time.
It is your responsibility to verify all items to be what you expect them to be, all sales are final. You must have item and or price in hand when purchasing items. You will need to bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for any accidents when attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk and hold harmless Our Next Sale LLC if any and all liability of every kind. We do not quote prices over the phone or via email. No pre-selling at this sale.
