Although we may not be able to respond to all emails, please use the email availability on this site if you wish to communicate with us. We are still very busy working and preparing for this sale.

NO SMOKING, OF ANY TYPE, ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY....INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. We appreciate it very much.

A sign-up sheet will be placed on the front porch (facing Dowland St.) at 7 am on Saturday morning, Nov. 1st. This will be the exit NOT the entrance to the sale.

Numbers will be given out at 8:30 am. at the entrance to the sale which is the 1st door on the west side of the house. There will be a sign.
You must be present at 9 am when your number is called or go to end of line.
We hope to let the first 20 people in at 9am and will continue letting more in as quickly as possible.

Our checkout is at the south end of the livingroom and you will exit the sale from the front door at that location. We have a 'holding area' set up near the checkout that you can utilize 'at your own risk'. We are not responsible for items getting mixed up or missing. We will monitor taking some items out other doors if the needs arise.

All sales are final; sold as is. All items must be removed the day of the sale. You must have your own help to load furniture and large items, etc! We have a few tubs by the entrance that are free to use and keep for gathering your desired purchases as your shop. We have some wrapping papers and bags for your use during the sale. Best if you bring your own..

Cash preferred or Checks, only with proper ID. ($40 returned check fee).

Parking on any side street is ok without blocking any driveways.

As you enter our sale, your eyes will feast on the massive collections this woman enjoyed gathering for many years. It's quite obvious that she was very fond of all animals, especially dogs. Items vary from antique, mid-century and modern; whimsical, victorian, country and other motifs. See pictures for clarity.

Hundreds of pieces of cast iron. Our pictures will reveal what joy she had in collecting these. We will be adding more pictures as days go by. Keep watch.
