TERMS OF SALE: The credit card you register with will be automatically billed after the auction ends. All items won must be picked up on Friday, April 22 or Saturday, April 12 by appointment in Midland, Michigan. Limited shipping. All items sell as-is with no warranty or guaranty. If you have a question regarding an item please email osborneauctions@gmail.com or attend the offered preview by appointment only April 1-4 from 3-6 pm. Osborne Auction Service LLC is not responsible for accidents before, during or after the auction. Auctioneer acts as selling agent only and assumes no guarantees or liabilities. All items must be removed by buyer on scheduled pick up dates (there will be no access to this area after these dates due to contractors demolition work). The Hall of Ideas has not been open to the public since the covid shutdown, a flood and planned renovations.
