Payment Methods:
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards (with a 3% processing fee). Tap-to-pay is available via Apple Pay and Google Pay (also with a 3% fee).

Important Sale Policies:

All items must be paid for in full before removal from the premises.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Items are sold as-is, where-is.

Please bring help to move and load large or heavy items. We are not able to assist with lifting or loading.

No Early Sales or Price Inquiries:
There will be no sales prior to the first day. Please understand that we cannot respond to requests about specific item pricing.

Packing Materials:
Bring your own boxes, packing materials, and muscle/assistance to help move furniture. Our packing supplies are limited—prepare accordingly to protect your treasures!

Liability Waiver:
By entering the property, you acknowledge that neither the sellers nor property owners are responsible for accidents or injuries. You attend at your own risk. Please be cautious—and have fun picking unique finds!

Note: This estate sale is hosted by a private family, no sales tax will be collected.
