All sale are final. Please fully inspect all items before purchase as refunds will not be given once payment is made.

HUGE BLOWOUT - EVERYTHING MUST GO
Instructions:
12-1pm: $1 hour -
75% of estate is $1 each. Exclusions will be in front in living room on tables, CLEARLY marked.
FURNITURE EXCLUSIONS- Furniture will be “Make an offer” based - reasonable offer accepted
1-2pm: Free hour-
Everything originally $1 will be free. Just before 1pm $1 shoppers will be asked to bring up their final purchases. Once all shoppers are checked out and have exited the home, the line of free shoppers will be able to enter. The line of free shoppers will not be able to enter until all shoppers have exited, so it may be a few moments after 1pm. Please be patient.
