Buyer is responsible for removing purchased items during posted pickup hours; bring proper help, tools, packing materials, and vehicles for large or heavy items. Estates by Vern and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage after purchase. We reserve the right to limit entry, adjust pricing, correct errors, and remove items from the sale as needed. No early sales. Items cannot be sold before the posted sale start.
