There is a long driveway back to property. Some parking available off the drive and we’ve cleared some space near house. There will be good signage at entrance. Google Maps may want you to drive onto a street near the property but stay on Predmore till you see our signs at the driveway. Dates

The house will not be unattended. Someone will be staying there overnight.
Street numbers will be honored. We will limit customers to a reasonable crowd inside the sale at any given time. The house is three levels and so full that even the last person in line will have lots to look at. It’s probably the equivalent of at least two sales at one location!
We reserve the right to pull any items in the sale up to the morning of the sale. If you are traveling a significant distance for a specific item please text us for availability. We will NOT give prices out prior to the sale.
Bring help for large items. Neither the estate sale company or the sale agents are responsible for any onsite accidents or injuries.
We accept Cash, Venmo and Credit Cards. Credit card sales will be charged an additional 3% fee.
