Clearview Estate Sales is proud to present an incredible Oakland Township estate packed with classic and collectible vehicles, automotive memorabilia, vintage car parts, tools, antiques, collectibles and much more!
For the automotive enthusiast, this is one you absolutely do not want to miss. PLEASE READ FULL LISTING
The star of the estate is a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle LS6 with 46k miles, accompanied by an exceptionally clean 1998 Chevrolet Camaro SS with only approximately 18,000 miles, a Honda Valkyrie motorcycle, a 1970 Camaro rust free project, a 1960 Chevrolet Corvair and a 2019 Chevrolet with 38k miles.
And the cars are only the beginning.
Throughout the home, garage and property you’ll find decades of automotive material and collectibles: vintage hot rod and automotive magazines, books, posters, vintage toy cars, advertising and memorabilia, antiques and collectibles, plus a large assortment of automotive parts.
There are Corvair, Camaro and Chevelle parts, wheels and rims, radiators and numerous other components accumulated over the years. The garage is loaded as well, with a large air compressor, shop press, hand and power tools, automotive tools, garage equipment and much more.
Also, there is an exceedingly clean Cub Cadet garden tractor with snow blade and tiller attachments and a Generac 5500XL generator, along with additional lawn, garden and garage items.
🚗 FEATURED VEHICLES
1970 Chevrolet Chevelle LS6
This is the car many of you will be coming to see. We recently uncovered the car’s build sheet documenting the LS6 equipment and 4.10 rear axle, making this a particularly exciting discovery. Additional information and photographs will be provided with the vehicle. The partial story, this was driven sparingly until 1989 when the owner forgot to put the hood pins in and the hood flew off. He purchased an original GM hood and never got around to having it painted and installed due to health reasons.
1998 Chevrolet Camaro SS — approximately 18,000 miles
An exceptionally clean, low-mileage example that presents beautifully.
Honda Valkyrie Motorcycle
A very attractive Valkyrie that has been well kept.
1970 Chevrolet Camaro
Project car being sold in its current condition.
1960 Chevrolet Corvair
A largely complete rust free Corvair ready for its next owner.
2019 Chevrolet 38k miles
Additional information, mileage and photographs will be included in the vehicle listing.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE ASKING ABOUT THE VEHICLES
Because we expect significant interest in the vehicles, the following procedure will be used during the estate sale.
1970 CHEVELLE LS6 — HIGHEST & BEST OFFER PROCESS
The Chevelle will NOT be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
We will accept serious written offers on the Chevelle throughout the entire three-day estate sale, October 15–17.
After the estate sale has concluded, the offers will be reviewed and the highest and best acceptable offer will be contacted.
This gives interested buyers an opportunity to personally inspect the vehicle during the sale and submit the amount they are comfortable paying without creating a first-person-through-the-door situation.
ALL OTHER VEHICLES
The remaining vehicles will be individually priced and available for purchase during the estate sale.
If a vehicle does not sell at its asking price on the first day, we will begin considering offers from our offer list.
If you are interested in a vehicle but are not prepared to purchase it at the posted price, leave your name, telephone number and offer with our staff.
Because these vehicles need to be sold during the estate sale, we strongly encourage serious buyers to inspect them early and leave an offer rather than waiting until the final hours of the sale.
PLEASE NOTE: We expect a very high volume of questions regarding the vehicles. Pricing, available documentation, mileage, condition information and other details will be posted or available at the sale whenever possible. Vehicles are being sold as part of an estate and buyers should perform their own inspections before purchase.
AND THERE IS SO MUCH MORE!
Beyond the vehicles, expect to find:
Vintage automotive magazines • Hot rod magazines • Automotive books and manuals • Posters • Vintage toy and model cars • Automotive memorabilia • Antiques • Collectibles • Camaro parts • Chevelle parts • Corvair parts • Wheels and rims • Radiators • Vintage and modern automotive components • Large shop air compressor • Shop press • Hand tools • Power tools • Automotive tools • Garage equipment • Cub Cadet garden tractor • Snow blade • Tiller attachment • Generac 5500XL generator • Lawn and garden equipment • Bicycles • And much, much more!
We are still uncovering, sorting and photographing this estate, so additional items and photographs will be added as we get closer to the sale.
