We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the property, inside or outside, during the sale.
Please watch your step and be mindful of:
Caution tape near all marked stairs and entrances.
Using handrails on all stairways.
Becoming familiar with the layout of the home to ensure your safety.

Before the Sale
Questions:
We will respond to inquiries via TEXT ONLY (no phone calls).
While we try to answer all questions about pricing, sizes, item condition, etc., we cannot guarantee a response to every inquiry.

Item Availability:
Photos and descriptions listed on EstateSales.net are intended to reflect what will be available at the sale.
Additional items not pictured may also be available.
Items may be removed before the sale at the discretion of the estate.

At the Sale
Street Numbers & Early Entry:
We honor street numbers provided by the first customer to arrive before the sale opens.
The first 5 people holding numbers 1 through 5 will be granted 10 minutes early access on Day 1 of the sale — as a thank-you for arriving early.

Parking:
Please do NOT park in the driveway. We may allow access when actively picking up large items.
Do not block neighbor’s driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.
Be courteous and obey all posted signs.

Shoplifting Policy:
Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses are NOT allowed inside the sale. This rule will be strictly enforced.
Item Holds:
We will hold items for a maximum of 15 minutes while you shop.
If not purchased within that window, the item will be returned to the sales floor and made available to others.

Price Tags:
Tampering with tags is strictly prohibited.
If we suspect that a price tag has been altered or switched, we reserve the right to correct or refuse the sale of that item.

All Sales Final:
All items sold “AS IS.”
No refunds, no exchanges, no warranties, and no guarantees.
Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

We DO NOT accept credit cards or personal checks.

Moving Large Items:
Customers are responsible for moving their own purchases.
Bring proper lifting help — our team cannot assist with heavy lifting or loading.
Items must be removed by the end of the day, unless next-day pickup has been arranged in advance.
Other General Rules
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
If you break an item, you bought it. Please handle all items with care.

No food or drinks allowed inside the sale.
Restrooms are not available for public use.
