House of Memories Estate Services
Description & Details
Original Post 3-8-26
One of the greatest honors for us as a company is to be asked to operate an estate sale for one of our long-time customers, and this sale is just that! Our client was a prominent local antique dealer and collector who had a very eclectic taste. This sale is a bit bitter-sweet for us, as we knew him quite well from his frequent visits to our sales, and we are so honored and blessed to be working for his family through this transition.
This sale will be one for the history books! This Portage estate, located in the West Lake area, features a large single story home with a basement, a two-stall garage, and a shed...and every square inch is packed tight with antiques, collectibles, unique items, gorgeous furniture, artwork, musical instruments, vintage clothing, display pieces, toys, and SO MUCH MORE! You will probably want to plan on spending several hours with us, all three days if possible! There will be so much to see, you'll have to take a few laps around!
*** We will be offering EXTENDED HOURS for this sale! So make sure to stop by after work if you can't come during the day!
- 9am to 7pm on Thursday, 9am to 6pm Friday, and 9am to 3pm Saturday
*** We will also be coordinating additional FURNITURE & LARGE ITEM PICK-UPS for Monday, March 23 (details coming yet).

*** PARKING AND ATTENDANCE ***
This sale is located down a dead end lake road that has very limited parking, so please plan on walking a little ways to get to the estate. We will do our best to make your shopping experience an amazing one! There's a possibility that we may have to limit the number of people into the home at a time...so please be patient with us as we get things settled on opening morning. This is one sale you don't want to miss, and we will do everything to make it run smoothly!
