- There will be NO returns, refunds, or warranties on any items. All sales are final once purchased. Everything we sell is sold AS IS.
- No early sales
- Please bring help to move larger items, we will help if available but if you know your buying a large item, we ask that you bring help. Thank you.
- There will be NO public bathroom on site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.
-We DO NOT accept sign up sheets or lists. Please stand in line when you arrive and we will hand out #s when we arrive based on the line you have formed. No #s are passed out on day 2 or 3.

The large 2 story home is loaded with quality furniture (lots of Ethan Allen), we will also be selling 3 vehicles, tons of great household decor, artwork, cameras, a ladies hat collection, name brand purses (Coach, Dooney & Burke, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger & others, floor & table lamps, some name brand women's clothing and coats, a Seth Thomas grandfather clock, a Cable-Nelson piano, large selection of name brand women's perfume, area rugs, totes, yard and lawn equipment, patio furniture, golf clubs, some tools, a power washer, ladders, garden items, books and much more!
The vehicles that are being sold are as follows:
- 2015 Honda Pilot Touring Sport Utility 4D with 117,000 miles
- 2009 Lexus ES 350 4D V6 with 87,000 miles
- 2004 Nissan 350 Z Touring Roadster 2D convertible V6 3.5 Liter with 43,600 miles
All vehichles have signed titles. If purchasing we will require a cashiers check or cash for payment.
