The official Four Seasons Sign-In Sheet will be placed at the front of the sale one hour before opening. We kindly ask for respectful behavior while waiting—courtesy goes a long way and helps us all have a better day.

We will open at the posted time and NOT before!

ABSOLUTELY NO SALES PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SALE, so please do not ask. We are not able to answer specific questions regarding pricing.

Bring boxes and packing material and help (particularly for furniture) to take all your treasures home! We will have a limited supply so ensure your purchases make it home safely.

This is absolutely something you do not see everyday at an estate sale! This is a 19th century homing pigeon timer clock box. It’s a Constateur Plasschaert Freres from Belgium. A fantastic old Model 5 Underwood Typewriter! An antique Melody Queen windup portable record player! WORKS! Here is a close up of the old Singer Sewing Machine Drawers!More vintage items!   A wether vane arrow, sold brass mortar and pestle. Primitive Antique baskets!This is an AWESOME collection of vintage Doll House furniture and accessories! Every piece is in excellent condition! Bed, Fireplace, dressers, buffett, chairs, tables and floor lamps! The red items on the dresser are a phone and an alarm clock. Tow it hen sets, one blue/white, one black/white. Also a kitchen table with china.  Green Toaster, red Radio. The red and blue sewing machine is great too!The nursery is covered here! It may not look like it was meant for a young man on this side, but when we turn it over….The backside is a beautiful cowboy motif! Here’s another lovely piece! This is a vintage butterfly quilt!Here’s a close-upThis is by far one of my favorites! This is a vintage double wedding ring quilt! It’s a classic design with interlocking ring, symbolizing, love, and marriage!And here’s a close-upThis little beauty is a vintage quilt featuring star patterns, and various religious sayings!The scenes are all needlepoint!And here’s another vintage beautiful quilt with geometric patterns of symmetrical designs! The terrific thing about this one is that it’s not religious scenes. It’s actually the names of the ladies who quilted it! The date is 1963! Making this quilt 62 years old!A close-upThis is one of the largest quilts we have what you’re looking at is just half the quilt! This vintage handmade patchwork quilt has a variety of blue, white and red square patches, along with the board of solid blue fabric and red accent squares!A close-upThis is a wonderful vintage quilt in the Dresden plate pattern featuring fabric blades, arranged in a circle to resemble a plate! Even though it’s not as pretty as some of the others or is as vibrant, the intricacy of the design feature circular blocks with radiating spokes reminiscent of a wagon wheel!Here’s a close-upThis is a vintage quilt with matching pillow shams!This is a vintage crocheted cotton Afghan/lap throw! It is made a pineapple stitch pattern and is likely handmade! A close-upThis is a stunning vintage crocheted bedspread! It is heavier than all get out featuring a repeating star or some website say a snowflake pattern with a delicate open work design!The close-upHere is another, and I believe our last vintage hand, crocheted bedspread! Here is an assortment of Cabbage Patch type dolls, and some artist homemade dolls in various states of comp completion!A couple of traditional Cabbage Patch dolls with cabbage, patch clothes and some very nice vintage children’s books!This is the bedroom on the side of the house with a terrific bonus room in the back! You can see the twin iron bed off to the leftThis room is filled with lots of terrific usable, odds and ends!Another lookThis is the picture of the bonus room and it’s got a lot of stuff in it!There are two shelving units on either side of the door and both of them are covered with vintage holiday items 95% ChristmasThis is the other sideThis table 2 is filled with a lot of odds and ends, but the box in the middle has some great vintage Christmas ornaments in it! There are a couple of pixie elves here and two of the bottle brush trees are Holt Howard.A lovely clock and some assorted glassware! The bottom of the shelf has brand new central Michigan university flags!A nice armchair, pillow and some clear glassThis is the last shelf in the room and here we have some vintage animal wear some vintage corning ware, and more little tchotchkes!I love these three wise men!
