• Payment: Cash, CashApp, Apple Pay, PayPal. Please bring $20 bills or smaller. Change may be limited.
• Loading: You are responsible for loading your items. We will guide you on removing large items. Grocery bags available while supplies last. No boxes provided.
• All Sales: First come, first serve. No holds without payment. Same-day pickup required. No refunds. Items sold AS IS.
• Bring batteries or power cords if you want to test items (if outlets are available).
• No early sales. All items will be available starting opening day.
• No large bags. Small purses only.
• No early birds or door knocking. Please text with questions.
• Front door entry and exit only.
•If you break it, you buy it (including damage during removal).
• Main floor and front porch only. No upstairs or basement access.
• Please be respectful and patient.
• Line up no more than 15 minutes early. Start at the mailbox, not the porch.
•If parking is full, you may need to wait.
• We will allow about 20 shoppers inside at a time.
