All the important details...

Day 1

• We will open the house at 8:45 a.m. and remain open until 4 p.m. 
• After 3 p.m., we will take in-person offers on furniture and higher-priced pieces over $100.

Day 2

•  We open at 8:45 am; everything is 50% off.
• At 1 pm, it is "make a pile, make a fair offer." The bigger the pile, the better the deal. It's all got to go!  
• We close at 2 pm

Entry:
We honor a street list for entry on both sale days.
The first person to arrive may start the list and must manage it.
Please don’t hand us the list—we’ll be focused on setup.
