Packed Home Estate Sale

We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property of the sale either inside or outside. There is a step up into the home & a step down into the family room. Use extra caution on the steps down into the attached garage. Please use the handrail down the basement stairway.
We will pass out numbers to those who arrive early before the sale begins. The house is packed so we will limit the number of shoppers we allow in at one time. Also, please do not block neighbor’s driveways or mailboxes.
We will hold items for customers while shopping at the sale for no longer than 15 minutes. This is because other customers at the sale may also be interested in the same item. If the first customer changes their mind and doesn’t end up purchasing the item after 15 minutes, we will put item back out for sale.

Shoplifting will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We ask that you do not bring in large purses and bags into the sale. There will be video surveillance at our sale. If our cashier feels the price tag on an item has been switched with a lower priced item, or a tag has been tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse the sale of that item at that price and the price will be corrected back to the intended price.
There are no returns or refunds - all purchases are final.
We accept cash, Zelle, & Venmo. Personal checks not accepted.

Please be careful in handling items. If you break an item, you bought it. Please don’t bring food or drinks into the sale. Bathrooms are off limits during our sale. No valuables are kept on the premises before the sale, during the sale or non-sale hours.
