Cash or checks with two pieces of I.D. Bring help to load large items. Not responsible for accidents. All items are as is/where is. All sales are final with no returns. No large purses or bags allowed. Sign up sheet will be put out at 3:30 1st day. Next two days sign up sheet will go out at 1:30. Only one person per line and people can not sign up for other people (makes people angry) . Children must be attached to an adult or will be asked to leave. If you break something you buy it. Only sign up sheet will be mine. If you start another sign up sheet you will be asked to leave. As the house is small we will only let in 10 people at a time to eliminate crowding. Those looking at jewelry will have 15 minute time limit to allow everyone to have an opportunity. Please remember this is a sale that has social distancing and good manners.
No early prices and no early sales. We welcome you and hope you find many treasures. For this sale Venmo will also be accepted.
