Cash, local checks with ID and Venmo. Day 1: numbers will be passed out at 9:00am up until opening. If you are not in line when your number is called, you will forfeit your place in line.

Day 2: there will not be numbers. Please line up by 9:50am. We will start the sale promptly at 10:00am. Most items will be 50% off on Day 2, but some items will not.

Day 3: this will be a very short day. Most items will be 75% off. Please line up at 9:50am.

By entering the property, you agree with these terms. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items, items left unattended, or items left on-site after payment. All items are sold “As is, where is.” There are no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied.
You must bring help to load items into your vehicle. Staff will not be able to assist you with loading.

(We normally pre-sell beds, desks, and other large pieces of furniture to make room for displays and to pre sell items that normally do not sell during the sale. If these items sell, they will not be pictured).

This is an 1860s farmhouse with a pole barn garage and an old chicken coop converted into a store. From primitive to Victorian and through Mid-Century and Mid Century Modern, the history of the items are interesting and some are quite unique. From the casual collector to the MCM buff, you will find a treasure here!
