ESTATE SALE – NO FLUFF, JUST REAL VINTAGE

• Cash preferred. Card accepted with a 3% processing fee. No checks.
• No large coats, backpacks, oversized purses, or personal carry bags inside the sale area. Small personal wallets or handheld items only.
• Street numbers / sign-up lists are allowed. If you begin a list or hand out numbers, you must remain on-site and maintain the list until the sale opens.
If you start a list and leave, you will not hold the #1 position.
Red’s Relics does not create or manage lists but will honor the active list present at opening.
• No early sales, no previews, and no price inquiries by message.
Please do not contact requesting early access or holds.
• Once an item is placed in the hold area under your name, it is considered sold.
Claim only what you intend to purchase.
• A designated hold area will be available, but Red’s Relics is not responsible for lost, swapped, or taken items left unattended.
• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• Items must be paid for and picked up by the end of each sale day.
Unclaimed purchases will be considered abandoned.
• Security will be present on-site. Security cameras and recording devices are active.
Shoplifters and tag switchers WILL be prosecuted.
• Enter at your own risk. Red’s Relics, property owners, and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, slips, allergic reactions, or personal property loss.
• Estate condition disclosure: A pipe burst occurred in the home. There may be a mold-like substance or allergens present.
Masks are required to enter indoor furniture areas or closed sections of the house.
• Estate items are vintage and may have dust, patina, or age-related scent consistent with authentic estate finds. Please inspect before purchase.
• Bring your own help and equipment for lifting or loading heavy items. Staff cannot load or tie down purchases.
• Do not enter marked “staff only” zones or unapproved areas of the property.
• Respect the property, respect other buyers, and enjoy the hunt.
