LAST‑MINUTE ESTATE SALE – PLEASE READ

This is a short‑notice, very informal estate sale due to time constraints. The home has not been staged or organized, and items will be throughout the house, garage, and two external buildings. Expect a bit of digging.

There is a wide mix of items including furniture, kitchen contents, décor, tools, household goods, and miscellaneous personal items. Not everything is clean or sorted, but there are plenty of usable and interesting finds.

This sale is first‑come, first‑served. No pricing in advance, and not everything is clearly marked. Please be patient—we are making decisions as we go.

Cash preferred (limited ability to make change) or Venmo. All items sold as‑is, where‑is. You must bring your own help and supplies for moving large items. No early entry and held items must be paid up-front and can be held until the 29th at 5PM.

Please watch your step—this is a lived‑in home and not professionally set up.
