We will have a sign up sheet available when we arrive which will be around 8:00 a.m. on Saturday
*No refunds, all items sold as is. All sales are final. Large items sold must be removed from property during the hours of the sale. Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials.
*If you buy it YOU load it into your vehicle. If we are not too busy we may be able to help you get your furniture purchase outside or to your vehicle. Thanks!
