Welcome to our estate sale! By attending this sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, fair, and enjoyable shopping experience for all participants. No outside bags please! Shopping bags will be provided. 

1. General Terms
All items are sold "as is" and "where is" without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Buyers assume full responsibility for inspecting items before purchase. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Payment
Accepted payment methods include [cash, major credit cards and digital wallets]. Personal checks will not be accepted.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
3. Pickup and Removal
All purchased items must be removed by the buyer no later than the end of the sale or within the specified timeframe provided by the organizer.
Buyers are responsible for the removal, loading, and transportation of their purchases. Staff members are not available to assist with heavy or bulky items.
4. Liability
Attendees enter the property at their own risk. The seller, estate owner, and organizer are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the premises.
5. Conduct
No early entry will be permitted. Doors will open at the advertised start time, We will honor street numbers in the morning. Please be respectful to other shoppers.
6. Personal Belongings
Please keep personal items secure. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
7. Changes to Terms
The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted at the sale and/or communicated verbally to attendees.
