NOTICE:
Due to this sale being along the waterfront, and limited parking availabilty, there will be NO SIGN UP SHEET! Numbers will be given out at the garage at 8:30. (The garage is located behind the main house). Once numbers are distributed, the garage will be opened and outdoor items will be available for sale. The main home will open at 9:00 am and entrance will be granted by the order of number(s)

PARKING - NO PARKING ON GRAVES, BEACH DRIVE OR ESTHER AVENUE
PARKING - Available on N. Lake Ave. & Railroad Ave ( there is a parking pad )

All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

All items are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS or personal items.
BRING MUSCLE FOR HEAVY ITEMS. WE CANNOT HELP YOU LOAD YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS.

Payment options include Venmo, Cash, 3% for major credit cards (VISA, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express). We only accept local checks from established customers. Thank you.
NO EARLY SALES. Everything is sold first come, first served. Announcements on the day of the sale will take precedence over written notices posted here and elsewhere.
