Coming from I94 follow exit Metro Parkway, proceed to Moravian turn south on Moravian . While on Moravian the subdivision is south of Utica Road. Turn left on Edshire Drive, then on Grayfield, Royal Drive is off of Grayfield. We hope to have signs along the streets. Royal Drive is in a subdivision about one mile south of Metro Parkway on west side of Moravian.

We are not responsible for accidents, never give out prices over the phone or give early sales. Sale starts at 9:00 AM sharp. First day prices are firm and second day, prices will be reduced 25% ( with most kitchen and garage items up to 50%. ) We price our items to sell, so that you are happy and our clients are happy. Cash and or local checks with proper ID, PayPal. All sales are final. When our sales are one day sales, prices are reduced in the afternoon, 2 hours prior to closing. When our sales are two day sales, prices are reduced day two.
