ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are first come first serve. We accept CASH, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Square ($2 service fee for Square) no checks. When you’re at the sale and you’d like to buy a large item- pull the tag and hold on to it. That means you’ve bought the item- there are no tag backs. WE CAN NOT HELP YOU MOVE LARGE ITEMS. YOU MUST bring your help & tools. Everything is sold AS-IS and we cannot do refunds. Items must be removed from the house by noon on Sunday.
