All items are sold as-is and all sales are final, please check items thoroughly before you complete your purchase.

Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We ask that you do not bring large bags or purses into the sale.

All sterling, gold, and jewelry that may be for sale is removed from the premises at the close of each sale day, and returned at opening on the next day.

Street numbers will be honored. We will limit customers to a reasonable crowd inside the sale at any given time.

We reserve the right to pull any items in the sale up to the morning of the sale. If you are traveling a significant distance for a specific item please contact us for availability. We will NOT give prices out prior to the sale.

Bring help for large items. Neither the estate sale or the sale agents are responsible for any onsite accidents or injuries.

We accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal and Credit Cards. Credit card sales will be charged an additional 3% fee.

You will be entering by way of the front porch so please line up on the sidewalk.

This just might be the best sale you will ever go to. Over 60 years and two generations of antique dealers. They also owned a wonderful antique shop down state and many of those items are included in this sale. The home is large and brimming with the best. We have everything from the late 1700s to mid-century modern. Art, antiques, furniture, linens, cast iron urns, sterling, decoys, crocks, textiles, many kitchen items, garage stuff, very large collection of MA Hadley dinnerware, store displays and even a boat!
