Estates by Vern and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage after purchase. We reserve the right to limit entry, adjust pricing, correct errors, and remove items from the sale as needed. Specific sale-day hours, sign-up sheet details, discount schedules, and pickup instructions will be listed on each individual sale.
