5. We will not be held responsible for any items after they leave the premises but we do our best to inspect the quality and condition. NO RETURNS.

We are NOT responsible for any accidents that may happen while you are shopping so please be careful and courteous to those around you and watch your step , inside and outside of the property and around it , again we are not responsible for any accidents nor the home owners so please watch your step and we are NOT Handicap accessible. So please pay attention to the signs and tape of where you should go and what is blocked off .

This is a last minute estate sale that we were asked to do nothing will be priced in this house you will have to kind of dig go through the home bring your items up to the front and we will give you a price we are moving items out fast, nothing will be priced also please bring help to move large items as no one is here to help you.
You can also bring wrapping material if you need and bags we're moving things out at great prices
