- There will be NO public bathroom on site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.

-We DO NOT accept sign up sheets or lists. Please stand in line when you arrive and we will hand out #s when we arrive based on the line you have formed. No #s are passed out on day 2 or 3.

There is a little bit for everyone at this sale. There is a smaller section of tools, a very nice selection of decor located throughout the entire estate, lots of great furniture pieces both MCM and current, alot of womens clothing(mostly size medium ), Christmas decorations, bulldog items, shells, fans, garage storage, yard tools, an upright freezer, quality kitchen supplies, nice womens outdoor jackets, womens shoes (size 10-11), office supplies, some books, bathroom supplies, perfume, outdoor yard ornaments and SO much more!

***Parking is somewhat limited right in front of the house due to being on a lane. However, just past the home will be a yard with a field that we have access to park in. Please follow the signs for parking! Thank you ***
