Quick rundown on our terms:

*We accept credit cards (with fee added) and cash only. No other forms of payment are available at this time.

First come, first serve.
*Entrance and exits will be marked.
At owner request, no shoes inside. Please come prepared.

*No public bathroom.

*Bring help for loading large take home items.

* White Glove delivery available at an additional charge.

* Your items must be picked up by Monday following the sale, unless otherwise arranged. All delivery/ pick up items must be paid in full, no holds.
Note:
You the will be responsible for any damages made in the removal process!!!

*Refrain from bringing small children.

* We are not responsible for a accidents.

* All Sales Final.
Items sold in
" as is" & "where is" condition.
No returns or exchanges.
You break it, you buy it.

*Note:
We try to be as thorough as possible.
After the set-up and photos are taken, the client may remove the item, unfortunately it is out of our control.
