Address will be available on our website at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, April 25th. The sign up sheet will be at the front door at that time also.

Look for our sign up sheet near the front door,

Please sign up in numerical order after 9:00 a.m. on the day prior to the sale.  Snap a photo of the sheet with your name and number, text the photo to 734-340-8110 for verification.  You may only sign up yourself, no multiple numbers or people per line.  You must return to pick up our entry numbers at 9:45 a.m. on the sale day.

 

 

Admission will be staggered to approx 25 people at a time

 

All Unsold Items Discounted 50% at Noon Saturday (NO HOARDING)

Any disputes or multiple buyers for one item will be settled by an impromptu auction and the high bidder will be the final buyer.

Sale closes at 3:00 Saturday
