-Cash preferred, Cash, Venmo and Zelle accepted
-All sales are final — items are sold as-is
-Please leave large purses, totes, and backpacks in your car
-Bring your own help to move heavy or bulky items — purchases must be removed by the end of the sale
-Keep young children and service animals close and attended at all times
-No outside food or beverages inside the home
-Please park respectfully — do not block driveways or mailboxes
-We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property

Line Number System & Entry Rules
To keep the sale fair and organized, we are using a numbered entry system. Please read carefully:
-Grab one number per person (numbers 1–50 available).
-You may take a number early — they will be available starting at 7am by the front door.
-After grabbing your number, you are free to leave.
-Please return and be ready 10 minutes before opening to line up in order.
-Entry will begin at opening time (9:00 AM). Shoppers will be let in numerical order based on their number.
-One number = one entry (you cannot hold spots for others).
-If you arrive late and your number has already been called, you will enter next in line after the current number being admitted.
-Numbers are required only for opening. After the initial line has entered, shopping will be open to all.
-Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways.
