Entry into our estate sales is always at your own risk.
The estate, property owner, and Foxtail Estate Services are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Disruptive behavior, theft, or tampering with price tags will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided, either express or implied.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect your items thoroughly prior to purchasing them!
Prices are non-negotiable on the first day of the sale unless otherwise stated.
We accept cash or card for payment.
Sales tax will be collected as required by Minnesota law unless you provide a valid resale certificate (you must provide a copy of your ST3/Certificate of Exemption for us to keep on file).
No early sales or holds prior to the sale date.
Items may not be removed from the sale area until they are paid in full.
Once an item is marked “sold” or paid for, the buyer is responsible for its removal.
Staff are not available to assist with heavy lifting or loading. Please bring your own help and packing materials.
All purchased items must be removed one hour prior to the end of day on the final day of the sale.
Any items not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited without refund.
Large items may be scheduled for pick-up later the same day or possibly the following day, if arrangements are made in advance.
By entering the property and/or purchasing items at our estate sales, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the estate, the property owner, and the sale organizers for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.
Security cameras may be in use during the sale.
Photos and/or videos taken during the sale may be used for promotional purposes.

Once you enter the house you can't miss the stunning collection of Fiestaware! This collection offers many colors and pieces, both new and old! In addition to Fiesta, you will discover vintage ceramics, depressions glass, and vintage flatware! Moving on from the kitchen you will find gorgeous Scandinavian art, vintage posters, vintage cameras, books, maps, collectibles, medical and dentistry items, and so much more! You can't miss the vintage posters advertising Lots of linens, clothing, and accessories, both men's and women's, featuring brands like Coach, Dooney & Bourke, Keen, Land's End, Woolrich, Eddie Bauer and many more! And don't miss the huge holiday collection! From ornaments to wreaths to decor, it's all here! Lots of vintage toys: troll dolls, Barbie collectibles, John Deere tractors, model cars, vintage games, vintage Disney collectibles, stuffed animals, etc. There is also a large collection of vintage Boy Scout items: patches, uniforms, pins, and more! In the basement you'll find roller skates, ice skates, camping equipment, coolers, homebrewing equipment, and tools for every project! There are multiple vintage furniture pieces, including a gorgeous Stickley sofa! The 2016 Bennington 208SL pontoon boat and Yacht Club bunk trailer are priced at $18,000. It has a 90hp Yamaha 4 stroke motor with only 94 hours! It has a captain’s chair and L-shaped bench seating arrangement in the aft (rear) of the boat, along with chaise lounge benches in the bow (front).
