This is an ONLINE ONLY auction sale held through K-Bid. You will need to have a K-Bid account in order to submit bids. Accounts are FREE to set up! Pick up for these items is Sunday, June 15th, 2025 from 9a-12:00p in Maple Grove. Full address available on your invoice with winning bids. Ensure you bring assistance for larger items and packing material for transport.

Please do not bid unless you intend to pay and pick up. By submitting a bid, you are agreeing to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder in the timeline and at the location noted. If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an invoice for your item(s) immediately following the auction to submit payment and schedule pick up times.

Cash & Credit Card (on-site), or Pay Online by going to your K-bid dashboard and clicking on invoices. Paying prior to picking up expedites the process!

Removals:
Please plan to pick up during the noted dates(s)/time(s). If a re-schedule is needed for pick up outside of the noted times, there is a fee.

Please bring adequate transportation, straps, packing material, boxes or any needed equipment. Items may not be wrapped or boxed. The staff is unable to assist with loading or moving or packing any items.

Communication is Key:
We can be flexible to a point, but please do not ghost us! Failing to communicate for a non-pay/non-pick up may result in a loss of K-bid privileges and/or additional fees for holding, etc.
