~ NOTE: Bring you own boxes and packing materials. And bring help to load large items. There is easy access to a loading dock for larger items.
~ Cash preferred. Credit/debit cards only on purchases over $25. Convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit card/debit purchases. Venmo is also accepted.
~ All merchandise is sold "As is". All sales are final.

Some estate sales are predictable. This one is a little more of an adventure.

The contents of a beautiful Minnetonka million-dollar home have been carefully moved from the residence into storage and are now fully unpacked and presented for a special off-site warehouse sale in New Hope. As everything has been unwrapped and arranged, we’ve rediscovered a remarkable mix of artisan pieces, antiques, art, and thoughtfully collected home décor from a well-appointed home.

And the fun part? For many pieces, we have found paperwork or documented provenance.

Every day of preparation brought something new — from statement furniture pieces to decorative treasures that haven’t seen daylight in awhile.

A Unique Warehouse Setting

This sale will take place in an actively used warehouse space in New Hope, where we will be transforming part of the building into a pop-up estate sale showroom for the weekend. Everything will be organized and ready for shoppers, but the setting adds a bit of that classic estate-sale thrill — you never know what gem might be waiting to be discovered. (The good new is that if you are coming for furniture, there is an easy access loading dock - just bring your own helpers "smile").

Sale Dates: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning.

Nevada Avenue North has No Parking signs but we spoke with the New Hope police department and they Will Not issue tickets on Saturday or Sunday.
