Some estate sales are tidy and predictable.

This one is a little more like a treasure hunt.

The contents of a beautiful Minnetonka million-dollar home have been carefully moved from the residence into storage and are now being unpacked for a special off-site warehouse sale in New Hope. As we open boxes and unwrap pieces that have been tucked away, we’re rediscovering a remarkable mix of high-end furniture, art, antiques, and elegant home décor from a well-appointed home.

And the fun part? We’re still uncovering what made the journey into storage.

Every day of preparation brings something new — from statement furniture pieces to decorative treasures that haven’t seen daylight in awhile.

What We’ve Found So Far

This sale will take place in an actively used warehouse space in New Hope, where we will be transforming part of the building into a pop-up estate sale showroom for the weekend. Everything will be organized and ready for shoppers, but the setting adds a bit of that classic estate-sale thrill — you never know what gem might be waiting to be discovered.
