Timeless Treasures Estate Sale

1. Issued Numbers: Numbers will be available one hour ahead of opening and people will be admitted accordingly. Numbers will not be issued before that time.

2. All Sales Are Final:
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. No warranties or guarantees (express or implied).

3. Payment Methods Accepted forms of payment:
Cash or Venmo. No items removed until paid in full.

4. Pricing & Negotiation
Prices are set by the estate manager. Discounts may be offered on later sale days or at estate manager's discretion. No early sales or holds before opening time.

5. Responsibility for Items
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. Estate is not responsible for missing parts, damage, or condition issues.

6. Removal & Loading
Buyer is responsible for removal, loading, and transportation. Bring your own help, tools, and packing materials
Large items must be removed by 5 p.m. February 16, 2026 or at a date mutually agreed upon with the estate manager. Any Damage caused during removal is buyer’s responsibility.

7. Security & Safety
Estate and sale staff are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Children must be supervised at all times.
No closed bags closed boxes, backpacks, or large purses allowed in the home.

8. Conduct
No smoking, eating, or drinking inside the property. No blocking driveways or neighbors’ access.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove disruptive customers or or those failing to supervise their children.

9. Holding & Pickup
Items may be held for a limited time with management approval. Unclaimed items may be resold or forfeited without refund.

10. Liability
Buyers enter the property at their own risk. Estate, heirs, and sale company are not liable for injury, loss, or damage.
