All sales are final. No large bags/handbags allowed in the home, leave them in your car. This is a shoes off sale.
There is No Parking in the drive/alley in front of the home. Park on Goodrich or the side streets as posted. No parking in front of mailboxes.
Bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for any accidents. If you break it you own it.

Pre numbers are numbers handed out by the first person (customer) that arrives at the sale on the first day of the sale and are usually displayed on that persons car window. We exchange those pre numbers for our official numbers 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale, you must come to the door to exchange your pre number or you will loose your place in line for the start of the sale (this applies to the first day of the sale only). We have no control over pre numbers.
