We are pleased to offer items from the 50 plus year collection of the DeVanders from one of the oldest homes in Crocus Hill. Dean DeVander was a designer himself and a collector of Architectural Elements that have been added to the home and are offered in the sale.

Beautiful condition Young Chang Baby Grand Paino, Furniture includes Asian, French Style and some Period English pieces, Traditional and Eclectic as well. Decorative accessories include quantities of Asian pottery and porcelains, sets of stemware and china, three sets of sterling flatware, quality lamps as well as Venetian and other mirrors. Antique candle chandeliers and other fine fixtures.

Collections of Architectural elements scattered throughout the gardens, conservatory, garage and work room are all available for sale.
