This sale is hosted by Heimer House Estate Sales. We act as a facilitator and agent on behalf of our clients.

Line numbers will be set out at 8:00 am each morning.

All items are sold as-is, where-is.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

Payment Methods:
Cash and Venmo are accepted. Venmo may be used for smaller-dollar purchases. All payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

Holding Items:
Items are not held without payment. First paid, first served.

Pickup & Removal:
All items are sold from their current location. Buyer pickup is coordinated after purchase. Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate help, tools, and transportation.

Liability:
All persons entering the property do so at their own risk. Heimer House Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries or lost/stolen items.

Respect for Property:
Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, and other shoppers.
No food, drink, or pets in the home. Service animals are welcome.
