Estate Sales by Steve & Sheri

This is the most UNUSUAL sale we've ever done. This is an Earth home that was owned by a 90 something year old guy who was a hoarder of 'guy stuff'. The house and garage are packed full of tools and stuff..I've tried to show most of it in the photos. There are old cars and boats around the grounds, probably mostly for parts, though they all do have titles that have been signed by the family and are ready to go. There are also riding mowers, probably mostly for parts but not sure. There's also a shed with some stuff left in it.

It's a small house that's been closed up for a while, and we were actually unable to really work in it because there is really no space to set it up, and it smells like an old tackle box. Nothing dangerous, just couldn't handle it. We will have masks available for those who want one. The family has made sure that there are lights.

A huge amount was brought down from the attic and they just piled it up. A lot of stuff has been put on card tables, but there's still tons of stuff both in the house and the garage to dig through. Nothing has been priced, so please come armed with a flashlight and a bag to carry to dig, and pack your patience! We will be set up outside and will have a hold table available. We will price it as we go. We're not here to give it away. but we definitely want to sell it! There will definitely be deals to be had and we'll be happy to work with you on anything.

We've been trying to do this sale for months, but the weather just wouldn't cooperate. We're hoping it'll work for this weekend. The street is bumpy and has pot holes, so take it slow. Parking is on the grounds, so we need the ground reasonably dry and not too muddy. We are going to have someone to help guide parking. They're forecasting rain possible for Friday, but hopefully not a lot. We're watching the weather closely. Please double check this ad Thursday or Friday to make sure we haven't had to postpone it.

We won't be able to let too many people in at once, but will do our best. There's tons of good stuff here, just needs to be uncovered! This one is challenging, so please try to understand the situation and try to be patient with us..we will do our best!
