All items offered in this auction sell ‘As-Is’ and ‘Where-Is’ with no warranties expressed or implied.
All sales are final. No refunds will be made. Failure to reach out with question regarding merchandise prior to the auction in no way relieves successful bidder for the obligation to pay for the items purchased.
Descriptions, sizes, colors, or other information offered as part of the listing is for reference only. Potential bidders are responsible for verifying information regarding the item.
No contingencies are offered or acceptable regarding the purchase of any item in this auction.
Any qualified bidder may bid on the merchandise in this auction.
Purchases must be picked up during the advertised pick-up hours. Failure to pick up on time will result in your credit card being charged at the end of pick-up hours and your item(s) will be considered forfeited. Please be sure you can pick up your items on the designated pickup day before bidding. WE DO NOT SHIP ON MOST AUCTIONS. ANY SHIPPING CONCESSIONS WILL BE STATED IN THE AUCTION.
The purchaser is responsible for the merchandise once the auction ends, including packing and loading at the pickup site.
Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially hazardous or dangerous environment. Uneven surfaces, crowded areas, steps, flammable, noxious, corrosive and/or pressurized substances may be present and heavy equipment may be operated, and electric circuits may be live. Every person at the Auction site, at any time shall be there at his or her own risk without notice of the conditions of the premises and the activities thereon, and Bidder shall advise his agents, employees, or anyone accompany the bidder. No person shall have any claim against Auctioneer, its officers, directors, agents, employees, principals, or attorneys for any injuries, damages, or loss of any kind, which may occur from any cause whatsoever while on the Auction site. All persons enter the Auction site at their own risk. Certain pieces of equipment may contain residual chemicals. The purchasers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from any injuries to people or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale of or during the removal of items purchased. The buyer agrees that in the event purchased merchandise contains any environmental hazards, toxic waste, or other type of hazardous material in any form whatsoever, buyer shall produce evidence that the buyer or its representatives are licensed for such removal and shall comply with all applicable local, state and/or federal rules, laws, and regulations. Auctioneer, its agents or representatives will not be responsible for its containment, storage, or removal.
Picking Up Your Items at the Conclusion of an ONLINE AUCTION: You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of any items you may win at this auction. If you are unable to safely pick up and remove your items during the removal times that have been scheduled for this sale, Auctioneer DOES NOT SHIP, nor does the Auctioneer hold items beyond the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times. Bidder’s Duty to Remove Items Safely: Again, you are solely responsible for the safe pick up, removal, and transportation of your items. You agree that the pick-up, removal, and transportation of your items will be solely at your expense and at your risk. You further agree that you will be responsible for any damage that you or any of your agents cause during any preview or removal period and agree that the credit card associated with your online account will be charged for any expenses incurred and/or repairs necessary because of any damage that you cause.
The individual who appears as the registered bidder will be responsible for any and all purchases made on his/her registration (bid number).
A 10% buyer premium will be added to the winning bid on each item to determine the contract price.
4% will be added to the total invoice if a credit or debit card is used as the method of payment.
Please pick up your items within the scheduled time frame.
There will be a $45.00 fee added for not taking the entirety of your lots.
Any firearms in our auctions are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder to have all firearms checked by a firearms expert to insure proper functioning. We will not be held responsible and you agree to purchase as is where is. You MUST be 18 years or older and a Missouri resident to bid on firearms and ammo.
Preferred payment on vehicles should be in the form of a cashiers check made out to Rugooly Trading LLC. If paid by Credit card, title maybe held until charge clear.

BECAUSE THIS AUCTION IS LOCATED IN OFFICE AREAS OF A BANK, WE WILL NOT HAVE A PREVIEW, SO CALL US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AS THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF YOU HAVE BUYERS REMORSE. This auction will also run for a little longer than usual so that pickup can be held at a time to accommodate not only us but banking hours. PLEASE READ PICKUP TERMS IN RED BELOW.
