As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. End times are staggered so be sure to bid on your items before they close.

Shipping may be available all smaller items but must be arranged in advance of purchase. Please do not bid if you are unable to confirm shipping or pick your item(s) up on the pick up day.

This sale is a liquidation sale of a large estate. It has been moved off-site due to the sale of the home. Pickup Times will be scheduled online so that it will be an easy process for all. The address and instructions to sign up will be sent to you after the sale has ended.

Pickup will be Sunday Oct 19th between 12-3 pm. Please be sure you check your email to get your sign up time scheduled before Oct 19th.

You will need to bring you own help for loading and transport. We are not responsible for any injuries or damage.
