PLEASE READ: This is a great sale but parking is funky. The house is on a main road. There's some street parking in front of the houses on our side of the street. There's other parking on a side street about a block away and a park with a lot a little further. Sorry, walking will be necessary..but it's worth it! We hope to have someone sitting at the bottom of the driveway guiding you with parking.

ALSO: You have to watch for a few things in the house..STEP-DOWN INTO THE LIVING ROOM. We have it taped in brightly colored tape so hopefully it'll stand out..but PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! ALSO: The garage door opens directly into the basement steps. We will leave the door to the garage open so you can see the stairs, but again..PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!

Now that the I've laid out the cautions..this is really a nice sale. It's mostly guy stuff. There are lots of tools, workout equipment (for anyone who saw the weight bench and weights in a photo, I've had to remove it..someone stole it off of the covered patio!), nice furniture, beautiful high-end shoes and clothes (ladies and mens), many leather coats and jackets, lots of sterling jewelry, electronics, Albums & 45s (lots of Old Soul), Pre 1890s Pearl Handled Revolver, Some Comics, African masks (they traveled a lot), appliances, Free-standing Bar, much more.

There are also designer purses, watches, ties (that we're not sure of), etc. that are not real. We've priced them accordingly.
