APPLICABLE SALES TAX WILL APPLY
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at checkout.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local check (under $500) & cash. Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check, or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up.
EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:37 PM on Thursday, March 26th. The closing time of all lots will be reset to 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any of the lots closing time and will continue to do so until the timer runs out.
We utilize scheduled load-out by appointment. We will be sending out an email to all winning bidders with a link to sign up for an appointment after the auction is over.
LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders may pick their items up at 16513 Cornerstone Drive; Belton, MO 64012 by appointment only the week following the auction, starting on Monday, March 30th. See the calendar after the auction for appointment times. Any items left after the specified load-out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load-out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment.
SHIPPING: Shipping costs are $12 for materials and handling plus the cost of shipping through USPS and/or UPS. These charges vary depending on the dimensions, weight, and insurance costs. Once the loadout is completed, we will begin packing your items to be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive shipping updates via text and email from ShippingSaint.com. The time it takes for us to get your items shipped varies from auction to auction depending on the number of buyers with shipping requests. Some items may be too fragile, oversized, or heavy to be shipped with us. These items will not be eligible for shipping through our services but arrangements can be made using other services such as cartage, courier, or other outside shipping options. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court-ordered sale are subject to court approval.
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes, various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item, not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

When does the auction close?
The auction will begin closing on Thursday, March 26th starting at 7:07 PM. This is an extend all auction, so be sure to place your bids early and monitor items you want to win.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are cash, cashier's check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card. Payments will default to credit card payment at 10 am the following morning unless you notify us of your alternative method by clicking the link at the top of the invoice after the auction is over.
How do I pick up my winning items?
Winning bidders will receive an invoice after the auction ends. The invoice will include a link to make an appointment to pick up your items, and shipping information if applicable.
What happens if I win an item?
If you are the highest bidder when the lot closes, you win the item. You will receive an invoice with payment and pickup or shipping instructions.
