A valid card is required to place bids on this auction. Please use a card that can cover the item, buyer’s premium and any applicable sales tax. We will process payments either the night of the auction closing or the following day.
All items left after the scheduled pickup days or alternate pickup times will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited. Abandoned and forfeited items may be resold in a future auction, disposed of, or donated.
-All items are sold in an “AS-IS, WHERE IS” condition with all faults
-No implied or expressed warranties
-Bidder inspection is strongly encouraged for all lots
A Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be charged on your pretax total (ex: If you win a lot for $100, the Buyer’s Premium will be $15. You will be charged $115 plus any applicable taxes)
-Blue Springs, Missouri sales tax of 8.725% will be added to your purchase on top of the Buyer’s Premium
If you have a valid sales tax exemption form, please email us a completed copy at least 2 days BEFORE the auction ends to ensure enough time is allowed for us to process your form. If needed, you can always bring a copy of your certificate during pickup and we can refund the difference if charged.
Abandoned/Forfeited Property: If item(s) are left behind or not picked up during the scheduled or alternate pickup times, Glass Dog Auctions reserves the right to resell, dispose, or donate any property left on the premises.
