If a sign-in process is used, customers will be admitted in the order they arrive.
Family Nest Estate Sales reserves the right to limit the number of shoppers inside the home when necessary for safety.
Payment
We accept cash and major credit cards.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Sales tax will be collected where required by law unless a valid resale certificate is presented.
Pricing
Prices are not provided before the sale.
We do not offer pre-sales or place items on hold unless specifically stated in the sale listing.
Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts may be offered on subsequent sale days at the discretion of Family Nest Estate Sales.
Merchandise
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
We are unable to guarantee that every item pictured will still be available at the time you arrive.
Item Removal
Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting purchased items.
Please bring appropriate help and vehicles for large furniture and heavy items.
Purchased items must be removed within the timeframe announced during the sale unless other arrangements have been approved.
