Our Customers are the keys to our success, so our goal is to serve them well. With that said, the following are the basic guidelines we follow:
1. Items are tested to the best of our ability prior to each sale. If we are unsure of their working order, we will note that on the item tag on the date of sale.
2. Items are cleaned prior to sale dates as needed. (Caveats to this rule may include some garage / shop items), however buyers should understand that dependent on where items are stored, some odors or dust may remain, regardless of how well we prep for the sale.
3. Items are sold as they are, where they are. If we have enough manpower to assist you with moving your items, we are more than happy to do so, however please plan to bring lifting and moving help if you plan to purchase a large piece of furniture.

Holy Time Machine Batman, this is an AMAZING Vintage Sale, and one you DEFINITELY do not want to miss!  We will be adding photos up to the sale date, so check back often for updates.  This Estate is a Time Capsule from the 50's to the 80's with many items still in their boxes or New Old Stock.  The family-owned some local businesses, and some items were overstock or from those ventures.  Other items were from the 5 generations that were locally grown.  So much great stuff, that it is hard to show it all.  The home is 8,000 square feet, and there is a 4,000 square foot shop, so there is are a TON of items including collectibles, glassware, games, electronics, ephemera, furniture and SO MUCH more!  We will have a full garage that will be filled with Treasure Hunt boxes filled with items that were found throughout the home and shop.  This is one you will want to add to your calendar!

 

We will be offering a SPECIAL VIP Experience on this one, with more details available on March 1st.  Check back here on that day for those details.  

Our 3 Day Sales typically run as Full Price on the first day (we do not make any deals on day 1).  On day 2 everything is 25% off and on Day 3, everything is 50% off until noon, and then we hold an auction where everything sells to the highest bidder(s). Our schedule will say were are open until noon, but we start our Auction at noon, and we go until all items are sold.
